Please read these terms carefully before using our embroidery digitizing services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at pngtodst.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Service Description
PNGtoDST provides professional manual embroidery digitizing services. We convert digital image files provided by the user into machine-readable embroidery files (e.g., .DST, .PES, .JEF).
- Our service is purely digital. No physical garments or goods are shipped.
- Turnaround times (e.g. 24 hours) are estimates and may vary slightly based on design complexity or order volume.
3. Use License
Permission is granted to use the digitized files for personal or commercial embroidery production on apparel and goods. This license does not include the right to resell the raw digitized file itself as a standalone stock design.
4. User Content & Copyright
You represent that you own the rights to, or have permission to use, any artwork you upload for digitizing. PNGtoDST reserves the right to refuse service for any content that violates intellectual property rights or contains offensive material.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Ramazan Eles and PNGtoDST harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from copyright infringement related to files uploaded by you.
5. Payment & Billing
All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (Stripe / Polar). Full payment is required before the commencement of digitizing work. Prices are subject to change, but existing orders in progress will not be affected.
6. Production Disclaimer & Test Sew-Out
CRITICAL RECOMMENDATION: We strongly recommend always performing a test sew-out on scrap fabric before proceeding with final production on client garments. PNGtoDST is not responsible for ruined garments, needle breaks, or loss of production time.
7. Revisions
We offer free revisions within 14 days of delivery if the file does not meet the technical specifications requested. Revisions that include adding brand new elements or changing the entire design concept may incur additional fees.
8. Disclaimer
The materials on PNGtoDST's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. PNGtoDST makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
