From pixel to
perfect stitch.
We don't use auto-trace buttons. Every design is manually plotted by expert digitizers to ensure smooth machine operation.
Upload & Specify
Upload your logo (PNG, JPG, PDF). Tell us the width and the fabric type. Fabric matters—we adjust pull compensation differently for denim vs. stretchy performance polos.
Manual Digitizing
Our digitizers import your file into Wilcom/Pulse. We manually plot underlay stitches to stabilize the fabric, then layer the satin and tatami stitches. We ensure minimal jump stitches and trims.
Quality Assurance
We run a digital simulation to catch any thread breaks or high-density areas that could break a needle. We verify color sequence and pull compensation settings.
- Underlay density check
- Pull compensation verification
- Trim & Jump reduction
- Color sequence alignment
Delivery
Within 24 hours (or 4 hours for rush), you receive an email. Download your files directly from your dashboard. Load them onto your machine and stitch confidently.
Why Manual Matters
Auto-digitizing software is getting better, but it still can't feel the fabric.
Auto-Digitizing
- ✕Messy Pathing: The machine jumps excessively, causing thread trims and wasted time.
- ✕No Underlay: Stitches sink into the fabric because there is no foundation layer.
- ✕Bulletproof Density: Too many stitches in one spot causes needle breaks and holes in shirts.
Manual Digitizing
- Efficient Pathing: We route the needle in a continuous flow to minimize trims and speed up production.
- Smart Underlay: We build a lattice structure first so your top stitches sit proud and crisp.
- Pull Compensation: We purposefully widen column stitches to account for how thread pulls fabric in.
